I consider Mr.Wetherell with his long experience
would be an excellent man to be put in charge of one of
the small harbours in the West Indies such as Grenada or
St.Lucia where the Harbour Master is also the "Pilot", or
failing this a command of one of the various Government
Yachte, or Lighthouse Tenders, would be suitable, or
perhaps the Honourable the Colonial Secretary could say
what prospects Mr.Wetherell would have for employment,
as a pilot in Singapore or Penang, or Harbour Master and
Pilot for Labuan.
